What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your contact details, collection and delivery addresses, goods description, weight, dimensions, vehicle requirements and preferred collection time. International enquiries also collect shipment and customs information. We use these details to respond to your request, obtain partner quotations and prepare transport arrangements. Required fields are needed to review the job; you may instead contact us by telephone or email.

Storage and sharing

Submitted requests are saved in a restricted booking database. Hosting and relevant delivery arrangements may involve processing information outside the United Kingdom. Relevant job details may be shared with courier partners, including for job advertising on Courier Exchange, and with our USA team where your enquiry requires it. Partner advert drafts exclude your contact details by default. Request records, server logs and backups may contain personal information. No payment card information is collected by this website.

Driver applications

Driver applications collect contact details, addresses, vehicle specifications, operating information and private copies of driving licences, vehicle documents and insurance. Where relevant, operator-authority, professional-qualification and medical-certification documents are requested for regulatory review. These documents are accessible only through the owner workspace and are not included in customer or partner job adverts. We use them to assess courier-partner suitability and organise transport work. Approved drivers receive the necessary details for jobs assigned to them. Records are reviewed while an application or courier relationship remains relevant; contact us to request correction or deletion. No document upload automatically certifies legal eligibility.

Pricing and routing

UK domestic prices use owner-approved mileage rates and a £65 minimum. Customer-entered mileage and every quotation require confirmation. International shipments have no online transport price. Opening an external map link sends the locations in that link to the map provider; its privacy notice applies.

Your requests

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on the circumstances, other data protection rights may apply. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Use and retention

We process quotation requests to take steps towards arranging the service you request. For business enquiries, we also use the information in our legitimate interests in responding to customers and arranging transport. Unbooked enquiries are removed from the website database after 90 days. Confirmed booking records are reviewed separately for contractual, accounting and claims requirements. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup expires. No automated decision confirms a booking.
