What can be discussed

Typical enquiries may involve packaged components, maintenance parts, tooling or production support items moving between a supplier, manufacturer, operating location or maintenance site. We arrange transport only where the shipment and stated conditions fit an available service; an enquiry does not imply aerospace approval, specialist certification or a guaranteed carrier.

Packaging and handling information

Provide the goods description, number of packages, packed dimensions, total weight and how each item is protected. State any orientation, lifting, shock, vibration, moisture or other handling limits that matter. If the load needs a particular vehicle type or specialist equipment, tell us what is required so we can check whether a proposed carrier can meet it.

Site access, security and handover

Give us exact collection and delivery addresses, site contacts, delivery windows and the relevant entrance or receiving area. Explain any advance access approval, driver identification, escort, security, booking-in or handover process, and who will arrange it. Include shipment references and documents that the driver must carry or obtain at collection or delivery.

Route, timing and documentation checks

For a UK movement, tell us the requested collection date, deadline and any time window that cannot be missed. For a cross-border enquiry, include the origin and destination countries and the shipment paperwork already available; customs scope and responsibilities must be agreed before booking. We confirm carrier capability, service, vehicle, timing and price for the individual request.
