Hospital-to-hospital transport enquiries
We can review goods-transport requests between hospitals and other healthcare sites, such as packaged equipment, supplies and maintenance items. Each request is checked against the shipment requirements, the sites’ procedures and the proposed carrier’s confirmed capability. This service is for goods, not patient transport.
Goods transport between healthcare sites
Enquiries may cover packaged equipment, boxed supplies, replacement items or maintenance goods moving between hospitals, clinics, laboratories or other healthcare locations. We assess a goods movement only; we do not describe this as patient transport or claim that every type of medical item can be carried. The description and handling requirements need to be reviewed before a carrier is selected.
Prepare the shipment details
Tell us what is being moved, the number of packages, packed dimensions, total weight and how the goods are secured. Identify fragile items, required orientation, lifting needs and any packaging or handover instructions. State clearly if temperature control, clean handling, restricted access or another specialist condition is required so its suitability can be checked rather than assumed.
Plan the hospital handover
Provide the full address for each site and, where applicable, the building, department, loading entrance or receiving point. Include the named collection and receiving contacts, phone numbers, delivery window, booking-in procedure, driver access rules and any documents or proof of handover the site requires. Mention vehicle or loading restrictions and how much notice is needed for access approval.
Agree timing and capability before booking
Request an ASAP collection or specify a scheduled collection and required arrival window. We check the route and proposed carrier against the stated shipment and site needs. Collection time, service, handling, carrier and price are confirmed before you accept a booking; specialist equipment or procedures are not promised unless confirmed for that job.

Send the route, goods, dimensions, weight and preferred timing. We will review the details and confirm whether a suitable service can be arranged. UK, United States and international requests are handled according to their route and the service options confirmed for that shipment.
