What we need to assess the load

Give us the number of pallets, their length, width and height, the total weight and a clear description of the goods. Let us know whether pallets can be stacked, whether any items need to remain upright and whether the load is ready to move. These details help us compare the shipment with the capacity of an available vehicle.

Collection and delivery access

Tell us whether each site has a loading bay, forklift or pallet truck, and whether the driver needs to book in or follow site access instructions. Include opening windows, contact names and phone numbers, access restrictions and any help needed at either end. Do not assume loading equipment or assistance is included; we will clarify the arrangements before booking.

Route, timing and confirmation

Provide the full collection and delivery addresses with postcodes and say whether you want an ASAP collection or a scheduled date and time. UK partner-carrier availability, vehicle capacity, timing and price are checked for the individual request. A collection is only booked after the service and price have been agreed.

Send the route, goods, dimensions, weight and preferred timing. We will review the details and confirm whether a suitable service can be arranged. UK, United States and international requests are handled according to their route and the service options confirmed for that shipment.
